A. Paper feeding department:
Using Sieglin high wear-resistant suction belts, each of them can individually control the size of the air volume. To ensure stable adsorption, the paper feeding part adopts double-drive servo to separate and feed the paper back and forth, and each cardboard is individually and accurately conveyed back and forth, and the positioning is more accurate. The front baffle of the paper feeding part is electrically adjusted to the left and right, and the front paper feeding part is electrically adjusted, which is convenient and quick to meet the paper feeding needs of various carton boxes.
The glue box adopts the gluing method under the knurling wheel, which is evenly coated, without any omissions, and saves glue. The gluing part is pre-pressed up and down with the cardboard tongue to make the carton forming more standard.
B. Line touch part:
The cardboard is sent out from the paper feeding part to the thread-touching part for thread-touching. It is a feature of our company’s nail gluing machine. After the original paperboard comes down from the previous process, the rolling effect is often unsatisfactory, which affects the quality of the product. The line bumping part is to re-process the original rolling line part by bumping the line, so as to achieve a better folding effect and well control the size of the carton after the nails are stuck.

Imported porous belt is used to convey the cardboard, which is automatically folded and absorbed in the whole process, effectively avoiding the skew, slipping and stacking of various cardboards such as heavy boxes, film boxes, glazing boxes, etc., making the whole machine more stable and efficient .
D. Correction Department
1. This machine has a shaping device in front of the nail box behind the folding part. Before the nail box, the folded carton is reshaped and patted to ensure that the nailed carton has no scissors.
